Couriers do not make deliveries by appointment or phone calls in advance, so it is advisable to indicate a place of delivery where there is always someone present throughout the working hours, alternatively you can pick up at the local headquarters of our couriers. The delivery times indicated (48/72 hours) are not to be considered exhaustive and in no case, after shipment, any delays due to events outside our management, may cause withdrawal or request reimbursement of shipping costs by the courier or our company.
Orders are processed on average within the day after purchase. Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday.
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours on average from our warehouse in Italy.
In case of theft/loss Ambrosiae undertakes to send a new product and, if the same should be unavailable and/or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer not to accept this new product and to request a refund for the product itself.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered working days.
Delivery will take place during the courier's office hours: from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 noon; from 2.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., every day, not holidays, from Monday to Friday.
TRACEABILITY
When the shipment is shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking number and address of the courier site where you can check the status of your shipment.
RETURNS
We are more than sure that you will love our products but in the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied or for any other problem here is what you have to do:
Write us at hello@ambrosiae.com within 14 days of ordering and we will replace/refund the product. Please send us the product (within 14 days) to:

Returns of products whose packaging has been opened or the contents damaged or consumed will not be accepted. Returned products must be returned with the same packaging and in the same condition in which you received them.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also let you know if your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we will refund the value of the products purchased. We will not refund the original shipping costs, which will remain the responsibility of the customer.
