ORGANIC CHIA SEEDS
DESCRIPTION
Chia Seeds (Salvia Hispanica) come from a plant with oblong leaves and little blue flowers, native to Mexico and Guatemala.
The seeds make a great addition to cereals, smoothies, yogurt, soups, and salads, to enjoy a healthy and delicious breakfast or snack.
They can also be used to create pudding: just put a spoonful of chia seeds in a cup of non-dairy milk and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. The seeds will swell to become a wonderful pudding that you can garnish with fresh fruit.
