Making great pancakes is super easy!
1. POUR 165 ml OF YOUR FAVORITE MILK IN A CONTAINER. ADD ½ BANANA OR 2 TABLESPOONS OF APPLESAUCE, 1 TBSP OF OIL, AND ONE OF THE TWO PACKETS OF PANCAKE MIX.
2. MIX THE INGREDIENTS BY HAND OR IN A BLENDER UNTIL THE BATTER IS UNIFORM AND FREE OF LUMPS. TIP: AN IMMERSION BLENDER WORKS GREAT.
3. HEAT A NON-STICK PAN, WITHOUT OIL, AND POUR OUT A LITTLE BATTER AT A TIME (3-4 tbsp for each pancake). COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL THE EDGES START TO DRY AND BUBBLES FORM IN THE CENTER. FLIP THE PANCAKES OVER AND COOK FOR ANOTHER MINUTE OR LESS.
4. CONTINUE THE PROCESS, USING THE REST OF THE BATTER. GARNISH YOUR PANCAKES AS YOU PLEASE, WITH NUT BUTTER, FRESH FRUIT, OR MAPLE SYRUP. ENJOY YOUR BREAKFAST!
